Snowbird Homes and Land Lifestyle…

Snowbird Homes and Land is dedicated to creating small garden homesteads with the owner/builder. This concept will reduce cost, assist with hands-on consultation and help the owner/builder create a simpler cost effective homestead. 

The homes consist of 3 modular units (cabin plans) that are built with a flexible building plan for a flexible budget. The owner/builder can start with a 400 square foot unit and later connect one or two more units to create up to 1200 square feet. There is a house plan with a solarium designed connected to the living space. 

The rest of the home site will be designed to accommodate garden space, a green house  for year round gardening, small animal pens (chicken, goat etc.) and small fruit or berry orchard.

Snowbird Homes and Land will assist the owner/builder with all phases of the job. Together we will work out an affordable budget (based on cash flow) and work schedule for your project.

Interdependency is having the autonomy of not being co-dependent, rather empowering oneself to be responsible for oneself and to others, thus creating a small support group to assist each other when the need arises.
