Snowbird Homes and Land offers landscape design, consultation and (sometimes labor). We specialize in developing a natural "wild" landscape with a variety of domestic and wild edibles.

Our goal is to assist you and or your family in developing a self sustainable landscape with perennial plants, forest gardens,  water catchment systems, composting techniques and more.

Depending on your location and arrangements, we will consider traveling to your homestead site! 

Jim Kozlik received his permaculture certification with Midwest Permaculture. Marian has gardened since she was pre teen! Marian and I where partners with two other wonderful gals, Judith and Alice in an herb business called Herbal Renwal. We lived off grid at 8000 feet in the Colorado Rockies for 7 and a half years. We've lived and gardened in Emigrant Montana for 22 years.
